OLD AMERICAN STYLE H.T. STAPLE SPUN POLYESTER ROPE

Construction: 3 strand rope.
Composition: 100% staple spun polyester fibre high tenacity (H.T.)
Features: double twisted (single twist for diameters 6, 8 and 10 mm), UV resistant. Very good breaking strength, very low elongation capacity, soft to the touch (wool effect). Easy to splice.
Class: sinking, very smooth.
Colour: beige (same colour as hemp).
Applications: suitable for nautical anchoring and old style mooring. The beige colour is similar to the hemp, suitable for old type boats, nautical and country furnishing. It can be used to replace hemp ropes (natural putrescible fibre) with synthetic fibre having a natural aspect, but being water-resistant and more resistant to wear and to mould, reducing the maintenance costs.
